Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms at any time. We will post such changes on this page, and any additional or revised Terms will become part of the agreement. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified. You should check this page regularly to see if a new version has been posted. If the amended Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Application. Continued use of the Application constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

No Medical Advice

The Application is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is designed solely as an informational and support tool for parents and caregivers introducing solid foods to their baby.

The Application provides general information about starting solids, age-based food suggestions, feeding guides, recipes, food safety reminders, and a tracker for parent observations. This information is based on publicly available sources and common guidance for infant feeding. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be considered a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional such as a pediatrician, allergist, or registered dietitian.

Always seek the advice of a medical professional with any questions you may have regarding your child's health, development, nutrition, feeding, allergies, or well-being.

We strive to ensure that the content provided is accurate, up-to-date, and helpful. However, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or applicability of any information in the Application. Reliance on any information provided is at your own risk.

Content Accuracy, Food Safety, and Parental Responsibility

Starting solids involves decisions that depend on each individual baby, including readiness, development, medical history, family allergy history, cultural feeding practices, and advice from your healthcare provider.

Age recommendations, food suggestions, allergen introduction guidance, texture progression, portion sizes, recipes, and similar content shown in the Application are general orientations only. They are not personalized medical or nutritional advice and may not be appropriate for every baby.

You, as the parent or caregiver, are responsible for the health, safety, feeding, and supervision of your baby. This includes deciding which foods to introduce and when, preparing food in a safe form for your baby's age and developmental stage, verifying that food is soft enough, cut to an appropriate size and shape, free from choking hazards, served at a safe temperature, and otherwise prepared in a way suitable for your baby. It also includes actively supervising your baby during every feeding and seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

The Application does not and cannot guarantee that any specific food, recipe, ingredient, portion, texture, preparation method, or feeding suggestion is safe or appropriate for your individual baby. Personalized recommendations generated by the Application based on your baby's age or profile are informational suggestions only and do not replace your own judgment or professional medical advice.

Choking, Allergies, and Emergencies

The Application may include general safety information related to infant feeding, including information about possible signs of choking, allergic reactions, or feeding difficulties, and general suggestions about what to do in such situations.

Any such information is provided for general awareness and educational purposes only. It is not emergency medical guidance, does not replace first aid training, and does not replace professional emergency services.

In an emergency, including suspected choking, breathing difficulty, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or any other serious medical situation, stop using the Application and contact your local emergency services immediately.

Age Requirements

The Application is intended for use by parents and caregivers and is not designed to be used independently by children. Although the Application may carry an App Store age rating, that rating relates to content suitability and does not mean the Application is intended to be used by children on their own.

To use the Application, you must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, or such other minimum age as may be required under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian, and your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for their use of the Application.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Application in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not violate any applicable law or regulation, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application or any networks connected to it, use the Application for any fraudulent, harmful, or malicious purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, its systems, or its data.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including the food database, age-based recommendations, recipes, feeding and starting-solids guides, articles, illustrations, icons, text content, user interface, design, layout, and underlying software and algorithms, are the property of BabyReco LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Application without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

An exception applies to information you enter into the Application, such as your baby's profile (name, date of birth, gender), tracker entries, foods offered, parent notes, observed reactions, and possible allergy-related signs. You may copy, store, export where supported, or share this information for personal use or in discussions with your healthcare provider.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, BabyReco LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BabyReco LLC does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties or representations regarding the use of the Application or the information provided therein, including in relation to its correctness, accuracy, completeness, reliability, safety for any specific baby, or otherwise. Your use of the Application is solely at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that if you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's charges may apply for data usage or roaming, and you are solely responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for your device, you represent that you have obtained permission from the responsible party. We are not responsible for your device's battery level, power status, storage capacity, or operating system condition. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, and we are not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of connectivity, data limits, or device limitations. While we strive to ensure the Application is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions, and you are responsible for ensuring that the Application functions correctly on your device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BabyReco LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any harm related to feeding decisions, food choices, allergic reactions, choking incidents, nutrition outcomes, or other health-related matters) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Application, or any content or information provided through the Application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose collected data to advertisers or external parties for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.

We collect and process information to provide, maintain, and continuously improve the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Application. All collected data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and result in the Application not functioning properly or at all.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting, subscription management, and similar purposes. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies regarding data collection and processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded between you and BabyReco LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). BabyReco LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application (for example, your wireless data service agreement). You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that your possession and use of the Application infringe that third party's intellectual property rights. You agree to comply with all applicable terms of agreement when using the Application. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and, where available, one-time in-app purchases (including lifetime access purchases) to unlock full features and content. If you choose to subscribe or make a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to that specific subscription or purchase. All such transactions are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including payment, billing, and refund policies. We do not have access to your full payment information. You should review Apple's terms and conditions related to Subscriptions and In-App Purchases.

For auto-renewing subscriptions, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate selected for your subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's subscription settings (on iPhone or iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the subscription features until that time. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. We may change the price of your subscription after giving you reasonable notice, and if you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription prior to the new price taking effect.

For one-time in-app purchases, including lifetime access purchases where offered, you obtain access to the corresponding features under the terms applicable at the time of purchase. Lifetime access, where offered, refers to the lifetime of the Application as actively maintained and distributed by BabyReco LLC, and does not constitute a perpetual guarantee of continued availability of the Application, specific features, or any particular third-party services on which the Application depends. Refunds for one-time purchases, where applicable, are handled by Apple through the App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming. You and BabyReco LLC agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
